The hardness extension of Hand-printing is from 55 shore to 65 shore.the machine printing is from 55A to75A.

Tip: Precision design printing of semi-automatic, automatic use the SS, AA, HQ series, hardness range is from 55 shore to 75shore.

2 Electronic circuit printing

R, RR, HQ, BD series use in electron, electric circuit, circuit wafer, faceplate, product label, film-switch, precision electric circuit, PCB printing, hardness range is from70 shore, 75 shore, to 80 shore.

3 Glass printing

AA, HA, HQ, HH series used in engineering\ household appliances\construction\decoration\automobiles\Containers\art\intelligent glass printing, the hardness range is 70 shore and 75 shore.

During the printing, the lower the mesh, the smaller the pressure, the Lower the hardness of the squeegee;the higher the mesh, the greater the pressure, the higher of the hardness of the squeegee.

6 Solar plate printing

Printing the square of 9.5x9.5mm,9.7x9.7mm,10x10mm use the S\AA\HQ\ND series,the hardness is 65 shore,70 shore and 75 shore.

7 chinaware, paper and pigment printing.

In this filed printing can choose the type S---low quality product, type AA---middle quality products, type HQ----high quality products. Hardness extension is 75 shore and 80 shore.
